Pipeline Suite, Inc. dba PreconSuite (“PreconSuite”, “Us”, “Our”, or “We”) is concerned about your privacy, so to be transparent with our users we have compiled this Privacy Policy to detail the information we collect about you when you use our products or services.
The PreconSuite of Services offers various modules, including, but not limited to:

- PreconPreQual™
- PreconTabs™
- PreconDirectory™

We refer to all of these products, together with our other services and websites as “Services” in this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, or you do not have such authority, you must discontinue using or accessing PreconSuite products and services.
What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app?
When registering on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience. This information may also be collected from others using our Services to send Bid Invitations, Prequalification forms, or other requests for information.
When do we collect information?
We collect information from you when you register on our site or enter information on our site. Information may be entered into our system about parties other than themself, but that information is not made available or visible to other users beyond the party entering the data and the party referenced.

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

How do we protect your information?

We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
Our policy towards children
The Services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please notify us.
California Privacy Rights
California law provides that California residents have a right to request that businesses tell them how their personally identifiable information has been shared with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) unless we provide users with advance notice. If this event occurs in the futures, users will be given the option to opt-out of the disclosure of Visitors’ personally identifiable information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
